As this was my first experience with selling a home, I was very apprehensive and nervous. My challenge, at this point, is that I presently live in another province and therefore had to endeavour to do this transaction by email and phone.

I called Mr. Mahovlich and was greeted with professionalism and a sense of caring. I had to put my trust and faith in Todd that he would advise what was in my best interest and I was not disappointed. It was a relief to find that Todd was very honest and up front with me. He did extensive research prior to listing the home and we had many conversations regarding the price.

Once listed he immediately had 2 open houses and during the 45 days had 6 in total. He continued to keep me up to date on my market area, prices, new listings and comparables to ensure my place continued to be front and centre. Anytime I had questions Todd had no problem talking with me and if I left a voice mail he would return my calls promptly.

During this time he was also assisting my son in finding a home to purchase.

He again kept us up to date on all new listings, comparables and prices.
